I’m ultra slow with this review! It seems like most bloggers have already reviewed the Australis Pout Paste. I’m not a person who usually wears a lot of lip products. I like to buy them but always forget to put it on before leaving the house or even during the day. When the Australis Pout Paste landed on my desk, I was mega excited after seeing it on so many blogs. I wanted to try it out for myself.
A super high coverage pigment stain that provides an instant glossy pout. Available in three shades which can be mixed together to create your own shade!
The packaging is a squeezable plastic tube with a wand applicator. I was so surprised when I first saw the tube, totally wasn’t expecting the wand applicator.
The Australis Pout Paste is in between a gloss and lipstick – so it’s a liquid lipstick! I find that it’s better to apply a small amount and build it up for more colour intensity. After the gloss wears off, it does leave a stain for a few hours depending on how often you eat or drink. The gloss feels slightly sticky but not too bad (I’m not a fan of sticky glosses). The gloss is moisturising and it felt quite smooth on my lips. They are subtly scented and smells quite pleasant, kind of fruity and sweet? I’m so bad at describing scents. Overall, this is a really good gloss, price and quality wise. Definitely a must try.
